Job Description :

Position Overview : The Bilingual Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects, ensuring their successful delivery from inception to completion.

This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.

The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities :

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with project goals.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide guidance and support.

Conduct regular status meetings and produce comprehensive progress reports.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in both Chinese and English.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.

Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.

Provide technical direction and support to the project team.

Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.

Autonomously assess requirements, initiate actions promptly, and contribute effectively to achieving team objectives.

Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and reports.

Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

3- 7 years experience as a Technical Project Manager, Producer, or similar role.

Strong technical background and understanding of software development or game development.

Proactive and self-directed, demonstrating a keen ability to identify tasks requiring attention and promptly taking action.

Ability to work independently in a fast paced, startup like environment.

Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Salary Range : $80,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience.

Compensation :

Salary Range : $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Exact base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
