Apex Mechanical Services is a Southern California-based mechanical contractor. We focus on large tonnage equipment and service all aspects of comfort control for commercial HVAC needs throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding area.

As an outside salesperson, you will solicit and service both new and existing customers, prepare cost proposals, generate submittals, and process jobs for execution.
This position is primarily responsible for the identification and development of new commercial HVAC service customers. Knowledge of the commercial HVAC industry is essential.
Included in this process is the creation of new service agreements, negotiated service work, and project sales for a wide variety of HVAC solutions including mechanical system repairs, retrofits, upgrades, and modifications.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Seek out leads and be comfortable cold calling
- Build customer relationships and qualify sales prospects
- Survey properties and businesses to review current and prospective customer needs
- Work with engineers, property managers, and HVAC technicians
- Provide and present written detailed proposals and make effective sales presentations
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction and maintain a high degree of credibility
- Keep management informed of progress and account status

Qualifications
- Competent knowledge and previous experience in the commercial HVAC industry
- Valid CA Driver's License and good driving record
- 3-5 years of previous sales experience HVAC
- Professional demeanor and appearance
