ACH Operations Processing Rep Senior
The Automated Clearing House (ACH) Operations Processing Rep is responsible for phone inquiries received into the department from National Customer Service Groups, Banking Centers, internal departments and Social Security Representatives.
In addition, research functions are performed from any of these groups.
In addition to the qualifications listed below, this position has been identified as having direct access to personally identifiable information (PII) as it relates to federal benefit recipients and, therefore, is subject to a periodic and enhanced background check process.

Successful incumbent must have time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize, adaptable to change, strong problem-solving skills, and decision making skills. Position Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the timely response to incoming phone calls.
- Responsible for the accuracy of information provided to internal and external customers.
- Responsible for completing research cases within all Service Levels and deadlines are met without compromising accuracy and quality.
- Responsible for following established policies and procedures and ensuring Comerica is in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
