Job Title : Maintenance Technician / Special Projects Coordinator
Job Description : Pressure Works Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician with an emphasis on special projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for basic company wide building maintenance and special projects. You will work closely with our upper management team to maintain functionality and visual appeal of our locations.
You will also be responsible for assisting with moving special projects forward to completion.
Pressure Works Inc. is a multi-million-dollar business and the largest independent dealer of pressure washers on the East Coast.
We have 5 store locations and have been in business since 1995. Our Richmond, VA store is located in Scott's Addition. We sell pressure washing equipment, accessories, parts, chemicals, and more! Learn more about us at : pressureworksinc.com.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain basic building functionality
- Maintain visual appeal, both inside and outside
- Work with Management to complete special projects
- Assist with warehousing operations
- Assist with service department
Requirements :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to take direction and follow through
