Description :
Manage and oversee the operations of small cleaning business, ensuring that workers complete their jobs satisfactorily and managing customer accounts.
Supervise cleaners and resolve customer complaints and issues. Coordinate work schedules and staffing. Hire, fire, and contract with workers, and manage conditions of employment, time off, and payments.
Manage financial accounts and banking, keeping detailed records using computer software including Quickbooks , Word and Excel.
Ensure customers pay balances. Ensure that necessary supplies and equipment are stocked and functional. Monitor online presence, website, social media, and other promotional media, making sure information is up-to-date and accessible, and communications or requests for services are answered in a timely fashion.
Find ways to increase efficiency and cost-savings. Communicate with business executives / owners to keep them apprised of current operational status, and confer with them regarding any issues, suggesting potential resolutions using Outlook e-mail or video calls / FaceTime.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in management .
12 mos. experience in job offered.
Comfortable using technology in performance of duties, as evidenced by one year experience using Quickbooks , Word, Excel, and Outlook in a business setting .
Drug test .
Criminal background . check .
Two personal character references in writing .
Prior employment verification letter
Professional equivalency evaluation if qualifying based on Bachelor’s degree equivalency .
