Your Primary Responsibilities
- Performing design calculations and preparing construction plans and specifications for structural projects (bridges and culverts).
- Perform design and analysis of various structural elements (bridge elements, and foundations, etc.).
- Learning and applying practical use of engineering principles.
- Perform occasional field work such as condition inspection of existing structures.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 1+ years with materials utilized for bridge and culvert projects.
- Professional Engineering License or FE is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevantstructural engineering codes and industry standards.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revitand / or Microstation software.
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Hy-8 / HEC RAS a plus.
- Proficient in the use Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to continue to grow our structural group.
