Job Summary :
As the Senior Manager of Demand Generation at Alvys, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee, direct, build, and implement comprehensive demand-generation strategies.
This role requires a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and a proven track record in leading and implementing successful lead-generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development : Develop and execute demand generation strategies, aligning with company goals to drive revenue growth.
- Campaign Management : Oversee paid inbound advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn (paid and organic), Microsoft Ads, Gartner, G2, YouTube, and more.
- Channel Expansion : Continuously explore and identify new inbound channels to expand our reach and enhance lead generation efforts.
- KPI Achievement : Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for Marketing Generated Leads (MGLs) that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and pipeline growth.
- Email Marketing : Create, build, and implement targeted email campaigns using Hubspot, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
- Outbound Support : Collaborate with the Outbound Director to support and amplify outbound lead generation initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure maximum ROI.
- Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and customer success, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Data Communication : Track and report the effectiveness of inbound campaigns.
Qualifications :
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Hubspot, Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, G2, YouTube Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, specifically in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency and expertise in SEO is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
