Job Description
As an Industrial Maintenance Tech, you will perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, preventative maintenance, and completing work orders to include HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems troubleshooting, building maintenance and repairs, routine maintenance, and any other required tasks to keep buildings in pristine condition and functioning properly. Schedule is 7am 3 : 30pm.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
- Experience and working knowledge in operating a variety of equipment, common tools, and devices.
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus any additional certifications you may have.
