Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at HR Employer Solutions Group in Plantation, Florida.
In this role, you will provide essential mental health services to our clients and their employees. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals and report directly to the Clinical Director.
This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a focus on promoting a healthy and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans for clients in a timely manner
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and counseling techniques to address various mental health concerns
- Collaborate and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and case managers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Engage in continuous professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards as set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and state licensing boards
- Advocate for clients' rights and provide resources for community support services
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives
- Comply with all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school
- Active and unrestricted State of Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing mental health services, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards of practice
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
