Perfection Commercial Services has been in business since 1991, and we are looking for a professional and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and expanding commercial cleaning team as our Facilities Lead (Night Shift) in the Battle Creek area.
Our Facilities Lead is responsible for the operations of their assigned region of buildings and managing results through our team members.
Being accountable by ensuring our team meets the goals and objectives, as determined by customer's contractual requirements by managing all aspects of employee training and development, retention, and performance management;
and developing high quality, long-lasting customer relationships.
This position will be responsible for roughly 5-8 buildings within proximity to one another; Facilities Lead will take complete ownership of the buildings within their territory and cover cleaning services when custodial absences take place.

Schedule :
- Sunday-Thursday typical shift would be 6pm - 2am (start and end times can vary depending on buildings within territory and the specific needs each shift)
- Rotating weekend coverage mandatory if there are issues or needs depending on buildings within territory!
Essential Functions :
- Provides day-to-day leadership, supervision, development, training and coaching directly or indirectly to assigned staff that represents the core values of Perfection Commercial Services .
- Responds to customer requests and work orders promptly, develops team for accountability; stays abreast of current issues, and looks for opportunities for growth and improvement
- Wears all necessary personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety regulations based on client recommendations.
- Has working knowledge in all major areas of custodial maintenance, including restroom sanitation, office cleaning, carpet care, hard floor care, equipment operation and maintenance, chemical knowledge, SDS and safety.
- Schedules & completes quality control walks and ensures equipment is clean and appropriate supply levels are maintained;
audits and reinforces the practice of safe work habits
Ensures all team members understand company policies and procedures
