Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely completion of payer applicationsMaintain current knowledge of enrollment processes and manage client communicationsAudit work of offshore team members to ensure quality and complianceRequired Qualifications and EducationHigh School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 7 years of direct experience with commercial, Medicaid, and Medicaid MCO plansExperience with CAQH, Availity, PECOS, NPPES, I&A, and other commercial payor portals preferredExperience with credentialing software such as CredentialStream, Veritystream, or Symplr preferred
