Company is leading brand operator in the Asian food market in the United States. They distribute top Chinese food brands such as Genki Forest, Weilong, Mengniu, Jinmailang, and Wanglaoji.
We are based in CA, NJ, TX, and IL.
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. This role is critical in developing and expanding our market presence in the US domestic market.
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, establish communication with major brands, and develop sales channels to increase brand sales and market influence.
This position requires a strong background in the food industry and bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English due to international business requirement.
Responsibilities and Duties
- 10+ Years of experience in Food Industry is must
- Lead and develop the sales team to penetrate mainstream markets.
- Establish and maintain communication with brands, developing strategies to increase market conversion and brand sales.
- Work closely with major clients, including Unilever, to sell their food products through local sales channels.
- Collaborate with brands to complete market sales activities and exceed sales targets.
- Enhance brand and product sales influence in the US domestic market.
- Participate in the growth and development of the sales team, which currently consists of 3-5 people
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a growing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work onsite and travel as required.
