- New Billing, Committed, Exclusive Business Analyst with Data skills.
- Business Analyst JD : Create the project road map for Retirement applications.
- Requirement gathering and reviewing the Retirement scope list with Business team Preparing project plan for each retirement application Research Configuration Items (CI s list) to identify the servers, databases, SNOW records, myCIMS documents and KBA s for the associated retirement application.
- Working with Data Governance team for record assessment and define the data retention record category for all the identified retirement applications.
- The execution of the Biogen Retirement SOP and Change Management process to retire GXP and non-GXP applications.
- Preparing the Retirement Plan and Retirement Report as per the Retirement SOP template Interact with different stakeholders to get the inputs for Retirement plan and Retirement Report Guiding GXP and non-GXP applications Retirement and Change Management process to the Business team Retiring the myCIMS Documents Service Catalogs, BAM Service items and KBAs Working with ITQ to follow the compliance for all GxP applications Create change request in snow and follow the change management process for the implementation and post-implementation.
- Working with CMDB team to add update remove the CIs relationships in CMDB Co-ordinating with Platform team to track decommission the activities for associated servers, databases, network firewall and cloud accounts Follow up with approvals with change management, Retirement process owner, Data Governance and ITQ for documentation and change controls".
