As a Technical Project Manager III in Corporate Technology, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders.

Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential in developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change.

Job responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle Partner with central Cyber and Technology Controls and Global Technology teams to review and monitor key risk indicators and metrics to ensure Corporate Technology operates within its defined risk appetite Investigate systemic control breaches to identify and address root cause across line of businesses Proactive engagement with control functions across second and third line of defense functions to ensure understanding of the overall governance program Liaise with Internal Audit, 2nd Line, and 1st Line on assessments and engage with Corporate Technology application teams to efficiently manage official requests for information during technology audits / assessmentsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities Proven experience demonstrating leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes Ability to work with data from multiple sources to build a cohesive view on risk Experience with Technology and Cyber domains such as Cloud, Architecture, or Vulnerability Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Risk management knowledge in AWS services Knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
