Calling all Inside Sales Managers! We need a rockstar to join our fun-loving and results-oriented team at Insight. As the fearless leader of our SMB squad, you'll be in charge of making sure our clients get the world-class service they deserve while crushing our sales goals for a specific market.

But that's not all! You'll also be a mentor to your squad of brilliant Account Executives, helping them master their craft with guidance, coaching, and support.

So if you're a go-getter with a passion for fast-paced sales, we want you on our team!

Key Requirements :

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience managing accounts or supporting those who do
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams to achieve results
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is highly preferred

What you’ll need to succeed :

  • Manage a team of professionals, including hiring, training, coaching, recognizing outstanding work, and meeting organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to Insight’s growth by achieving sales goals, creatively growing market share, and executing strategic forecasting and budgeting for sales activities.
  • Communicate effectively with top clients, sales management, and your team of Account Executives to address sales leads, market challenges, and competitive activity.
  • Provide hands-on coaching, counseling, and training to your team, partnering with inside and outside sales reps to pursue new business and help close deals.
  • Find a balance between tactical and strategic approaches while coaching your team to success.
