Manager, Laboratory Support Services responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Serves as first line of contact for customers to all other areas of the company projecting a professional image, quality information, and personal service.
• Works closely with laboratory personnel and laboratory specimen support services for all Eurofins DPT testing.
• Supervises Laboratory Service Coordinator team to manage and research client inquiries.
• Provides overall direction for laboratory support, specimen logistics, data entry and client services.
• Serves as a liaison between laboratory support services and customer services.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients.
• Sets and measures department productivity standards and appropriate quality metrics.
• Ensures all established procedures are adhered to and develops or revises standard operating procedures as applicable.
• Works effectively with laboratory management to ensure all support systems are operating properly.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on laboratory support processes.
• Develops effective working relationships with other Lab and Non-Lab Leaders.
• Works effectively with Billing Department to ensure accuracy of account setup.
• Assists in the management of the laboratory budget and lab vendor contracts.
• Demonstrates ability to coach associates through necessary performance improvements.
• Employs enough properly qualified personnel to meet growing test volumes.
• Conducts regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
• Actively participates in the development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
• Represents department and organization favorably at all times.
• Supports Eurofins DPT’s business philosophy, leadership values, and ethics.
• Meets basic expectations of Eurofins DPT’s quality management system.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in support of high complexity laboratory setting.
• High school diploma.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Work Experience Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of personnel management experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of laboratory support experience preferred.
• Ability to safely work with potentially infectious human blood and body fluids.
• Strong skill in PC-based software programs.

Position is full-time working Monday to Friday 08 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM , with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Centennial, Colorado are encouraged to apply.

• Compensation : $67,000 - $80,000
