is looking for a dynamic Architectural Drafter to join our team of professionals.
This individual contributor role is an hourly, full-time position located in North Highlands, California.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Prepare both rough floor plans and detailed work with REVIT system.
- Communicate with architects and engineers, and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings.
- Prepare, review and redraft alongside the other drafting team members.
- Ensure final designs are compliant with building regulations.
- Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team.
Job Requirements :
- A degree from a technical college is also acceptable.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in computer-aided design and drafting (REVIT).
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
- Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and customer support skills
- Diligence and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Motivated attitude to learn and grow within the company and be a team player.
