Position Responsibilities : As a Caregiver with FirstLight Home Care, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients while adhering to our company's Core Values : Focus on Relationships First, Act with Integrity, Give Joy, Grow Together, and Make a Difference Every Day.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Provide personalized, non-medical care aligned with clients' Service Plan / Care Plan.
- Engage clients in companion care activities, including conversation, light housekeeping, meal prep, and more.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Efficiently manage time using designated systems.
- Accurately document tasks and communicate per company policies.
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in clients' condition to supervisors.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and unusual incidents.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and service evaluations.
- Stay updated on relevant technology advancements.
- Support and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
