Senior Manager of Capital Markets required by a leading data center owner and operator.
Key Responsibilities :
Contribute to corporate finance, strategic funding efforts and Capital Market activities. This role involves handling financial modeling, debt compliance, budgeting, and supporting investor communications.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the company's financial capital structure.
- Support debt financing activities through financial modeling and analysis.
- Assist with presentations for internal teams, investors, and financial partners.
- Ensure compliance with debt covenants and manage reporting.
- Collaborate with departments to analyze financial performance and communicate with lenders.
Qualifications :
- At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis or real estate finance.
- Proficient in financial modeling and debt structures.
- Experience within Investment Banking, capital markets, P.E. or similar
- Strong command of Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
