The Job : The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, directing, implementing, and overseeing human resources policies and activities such as employment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, payroll, and communications for the organization.
The HR Manager is the primary human resources contact for the company. It is essential that this position works effectively in a team environment and communicates across multiple departments and levels.
The HR Manager reports to the General Counsel.
