Key Responsibilities :
- Chart, Define, Plan and Execute the Future Product Roadmap, in full concert with the Customer and Prospect base, within the Companies core product categories
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects that drive incremental growth thru product development and qualification withing industry and market platforms, customers, prospects and systems
- Manage, Grow, and continually nurture a Team of Engineering Managers and Design professionals, with deep expertise in the product categories, to shape and execute the Product Roadmap to the expectation of the Customer base and marketplace, creating mutual wins for the industry and the Organization
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, OPS Management, Product Development or other closely related Program
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Engineer, R&D, or Product management, preferably in custom electronics and electromechanical componentry (such as Interconnects, Sensors, and Actuators) manufacturing environments that support robust industry bases
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Expertise design, qualification, and sales / marketing processes within the Organizations key product categories and core markets
