We are looking for a dedicated MRI Technologist PRN OS like you to be a part of our team.
Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the direction of the Radiologist, is able to perform MRI Scans and all related duties on the GE 1.5 and the 0.2 Profile magnets.
Is able to obtain images which are used by physicians to diagnose the nature and extent of various pathologies. Participates in the establishment of scan protocols and in the execution of specific applications.
Is responsible for contrast administration and maintaining knowledge and practice of MRI safety techniques. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of HCA Florida Osceola Hospital.
It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values. The employee shall support Osceola Hospital's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
What qualifications you will need : Graduate of an approved School of Diagnostic Technology
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
Registered with ARRT (R) at hire
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) through ARRT at hire or within 12 months of hire
This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and / or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
