Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects that support our organization'
s strategic goals. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project resources, and overseeing all aspects of project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Management :
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for each phase of the project.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path, and risks.
Execution and Monitoring :
- Coordinate and direct project team members to ensure deliverables align with project goals.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements.
Stakeholder Communication :
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and adjustments.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Budget and Resource Management :
- Manage project budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenses.
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity while staying within budget.
Risk Management :
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a risk register and ensure all stakeholders are aware of project risks and status.
Quality Assurance :
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with requirements.
