Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an Insurance Sales Executive for an Insurance Company in Cheektowaga, NY ! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with Express Employment Professionals.

Pay : up to $50k + commission pay

Hours : 8am-5pm / M-F

Requirements of the Insurance Sales Executive :

  • Aggressively look for quality insurance prospects using networking and cold calls.
  • Follow up on mailings provided by the company to prospective customers.
  • Work with support staff to quote, educate and place qualified insurance products with prospects.
  • Positively promote the agency by being a respected sales executive with integrity and trust.
  • Follow agency Core Values and guidelines set.
  • Work with management on setting goals and ways to achieve them.
  • Participate in company outings and contests.
  • Develop a few niches and become the go to for these niches.
  • Keep service staff informed of conversations with clients for our documentation.
  • Gather all needed information on prospects to quote insurance products.
  • Field underwrites properties by physically looking at the properties.
  • Access to in house Marketing Executive to promote and assist with marketing
  • Fully trained Personal Lines and Business Lines Account Executives who will service your accounts including quoting, marketing, binding, servicing, and claims.
