The Marketing Generalist will be an integral part of the marketing team and will work to create materials such as internal, external, web and social media content that is consistent with our culture and brands.

Requirements :

  • CONTENT CREATION
  • Develop creative and engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, blog posts, photography, and website copy
  • SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
  • Manage company social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking
  • Create, maintain, and execute a social media content calendar
  • Schedule content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google My Business)
  • Manage multiple social media accounts at a time
  • Monitor and analyze what’s working and what’s not
  • GRAPHIC DESIGN
  • Create or update new or existing assets for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media graphics, menus, email newsletters, website graphics, and print materials
  • DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT
  • Maintain an organized and comprehensive digital asset inventory
  • Consistently organize, upload, and tag assets
  • BRAND MANAGEMENT
  • Uphold brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • COLLABORATION
  • Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and other stakeholders to align marketing activities with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging
  • MARKET RESEARCH
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences
  • Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies
  • GENERAL
  • Photography - stop by occasional events on nights and weekends to capture content
  • Provide support to all SHG divisions as needed
