As a space domain capability development planner, you’ll bring your consulting and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in space domain on projects for capability development and strategic road mapping.

You’ll use your skills and expertise to research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support space domain capabilities.

Work with us to identify and mitigate risks, and facilitate meetings, workshops, and engagements to support the development and implementation of space programs and priorities.

You Have :

10+ years of experience in program management within a complex and dynamic environment, with a focus on military capability development

Experience working in a multinational organization or NATO Command Structure

Experience with NATO agencies' role in system development

Knowledge of project management principles

Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Research, Project Management, or International Relations

Program or Project Management Certification, including MSP, PRINCE2, or PMP

Nice If You Have :

1+ years of experience working in an international organization

Experience with NATO Overarching Space Policy

Experience in a multinational, international, or coalition environment

Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, CS, or relevant field

Completion of a National or NATO Space Operational Course, including Space Operations Course or NATO introduction to space support Course

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;

Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
