- Provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple delivery teams
- Mentor and develop fellow Salesforce professionals
- Design, develop, test, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of the latest Salesforce capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field
- 5+ years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform
- In-depth knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds and Lightning Experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
- Proficient in Apex, Flows, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, and API integrations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and II
- Experience with Lighting Web Components and JavaScript Framework Experience
- Strong research and analytical skills
