Floating General Manager

Are you a friendly and experienced manager who loves the excitement of working in different locations? PCRK Group is seeking a Floating General Manager to join our team! As a Floating General Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple locations within the PCRK Group, ensuring the smooth operation of our businesses and delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations, overseeing the team, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets, while fostering a positive work environment for the team.

We are looking for a customer-focused leader with a friendly and approachable attitude. You should have a proven track record in management, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to different working environments.

Experience in the massage / skincare industry is a plus.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in a managerial role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different working environments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service oriented with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Experience in the massage / skincare industry is a plus
• Ability to travel (up to 20%)

Location : Cleveland, OH Region - Avon, Westlake, Strongsville, Belden Region

ROP : $60,000 - $70,000 DOE + Bonus Opportunity
