Outpatient Assessment Clinician

Many positions at Chestnut qualify for student loan forgiveness for those studying for an advanced degree!ResponsibilitiesProvide services identified in treatment / recovery / safety plan, primarily individual and group counseling.

Use evidence-based practices including CRA. Provide education on mental health and substance use to encourage family involvement.

Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health / wellness, and spirituality / connectedness.

QualificationsMaster’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field with at least 1,000 hours of supervised mental health experience.

Must be willing to be trained in Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA) and obtain CRA certification within 3 months following training.

Basic computer skills and experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record. Are you intrigued by this job but don’t meet every single requirement?
