POSITION SUMMARY : Ensures that all Club members and guests receive proper, attentive, courteous and expedient service in a clean and pleasant atmosphere.
FULL TIME schedule : Tuesday OR Wednesday from 10 : 30AM until 4PM, Thursday & Friday from 10 : 30AM until 3PM, break from 3PM until 4PM and work from 4PM until 10PM, Saturday from 4PM until 10PM AND Sunday from 10 : 30AM until 6PM
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Provide superior service to Club's members / guests
- Set up stations, sections and event setups and perform side work duties
- Greet guests and members immediately
- Provide menus, specials, and point of sale information both written and verbal as required
- Take orders and instructions for kitchen as required
- Serve drinks and pour wine for members and guests
- Transfer food in a manner that retains its integrity
- Participate in the sanitation and upkeep of the club
- Attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions
- Arrive at scheduled shift on time and in proper uniform
- Observe and satisfy the needs of members and guests
- Perform accounting and cashier responsibilities when required
- Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the club as defined in the employee handbook
- Always wear appropriate uniform prescribed by company policy
