Position Overview
As the oldest and largest tree care company in the U.S., Davey has a rich heritage of scientific and environmental leadership.
We are looking for a project manager to support marketing within our residential business segment.
The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who is process oriented. Possesses a curiosity around program performance and is adept in various facets of consumer marketing.
Excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset are critical to success.
Job Duties
- Lead marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they meet quality standards and business goals.
- Manage an internal ticketing process to address user questions and marketing needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams as necessary to achieve marketing objectives.
- Manage external partners to reach program goals and project deadlines.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and related systems and data to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs.
- Manage marketing lists to ensure quality targeting and campaign tracking.
- Ensure that marketing material complies with technical standards and company policies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of marketing related business experience.
- Willing to follow detailed process guidelines.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Strong communication, writing, and proofing skills.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint or Google equivalents.
Preferred Skills :
- Exceptional MS Excel skills.
- Experience working with : Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems. Microsoft Power BI. Database programs. Analytics platforms.
Zendesk or similar ticketing systems. Budgeting software
- Experience managing agency or freelance partners.
- Experience developing marketing strategy to meet business objectives.
