Job Description
This position requires in depth experience within IT infrastructure to design, manage, and operate Enterprise Backup Solutions and Data Storage environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Zoning and management of multiple SAN fabrics.
- Provisioning of storage across multiple storage frames including 3PAR, Dell PowerStore, PURE Storage.
- Capacity planning and forecasting.
- Data Protection support for Windows Server, Linux, Oracle, VMware vCenter / ESXi / AVS
- Assist in OS, Firmware, and Code upgrades of supported hardware / software.
- Assist in management of Enterprise Data Protection platforms (Veeam and Zerto).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues regarding storage infrastructure.
- Production and after-hours support are required. (Via on-call rotation)

Qualifications
- Advanced skill set with Data Storage platforms specifically : Dell / EMC, HPe, Brocade, Pure
- Solid understanding of Data Protection platforms, Veeam and Zerto experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of networks and networking topology.
- Must be an independent worker and be able to present ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Should have strong problem solving, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create documentation including Visio is required.
- A four-year college degree or equivalent experience managing Enterprise Storage is required.
- Microsoft Azure and Azure VMware Service (AVS) skills a plus.
