Job Title : Welder
Location : Nashua, NH
Shift : Monday - Friday, 6 am - 2 pm
Position Overview :
As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in our production process, utilizing your expertise in welding techniques to fabricate high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities :
- Experience performing TIG and MIG welding
- Operate welding equipment to fabricate products according to specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and guidelines to plan layout and procedures, demonstrating proficiency in welding symbols and concepts.
- Determine appropriate welding techniques based on materials and specifications.
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with all safety protocols.
- Fabricate components by cleaning, preparing, cutting, burning, and welding pieces.
- Inspect and test welds to verify quality and adherence to standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and may assist less-experienced team members.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and customer prints.
- Proficiency in operating welding equipment.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Ability to follow written work instructions and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with sheet metal measuring tools is advantageous.
- Must be able to follow verbal directions.
