About the Role
Teads is looking for a highly motivated, driven, & tactical Programmatic Trader who will be tasked with both pre-sale strategy & post-sale activation.
You will work closely with our Sales team & will be an integral part to their success. You will have a portfolio of anywhere from 20-50 client initiatives (varies based on clients).
We are open to Programmatic Trader or Sr Programmatic Trader in LA, Dallas, Chicago or New York. *
Responsibilities
- Providing RFP (Request for Proposals) strategy to execute & ensuring storytelling is consistent across all departments, including developing targeting strategies, media plans & providing supplemental materials relevant to method of activation & KPI.
- Ensuring new products are introduced strategically & in line with commercial / operational guidelines for activation via 3rd Party DSPs.
- Leading kick off calls for upcoming campaign launches with client / agency stakeholders as applicable.
- Lead preparation for campaign activation through clear & concise communication efforts with Sales Team & Client.
- Be the lead point of contact for all client communication post-sale.
- Oversee post-sale activation process, including but not limited to : Deal ID Setup, Delivery Troubleshooting, Discrepancy investigations, Performance Optimizations, Campaign Recaps.
- Effectively work with our Associate CX team for tagging needs, avails pulls, site list requests & other tasks.
- Analyze delivery & performance data to highlight key trends & opportunities for incremental investment.
- Help internal staff development through consistent & thorough knowledge sharing exercises.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, or DSP.
- Vast digital media industry knowledge & vested passion in understanding how trends impact day-to-day work, such as, but not limited to :
- Has a proven track record of exceptional time management effectively plans long-term & big picture projects, while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness.
- Continually promotes & achieves high standards of quality at work, applies attention to detail to execution & constantly looks for problems to solve & ways to improve.
- Possesses exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
- Cultivates & maintains strong, productive relationships with a range of internal & external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates comfort engaging with strategic clients, is an avid problem solver, proactive & a creative thinker.
- Takes a collaborative approach to their work; understands the limitations of their own perspective & works hard to understand the interests / perspectives of others.
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Is adept at navigating the intricacies of tactical systems & processes (e.g., third party ad servers, verification vendor platforms, DSPs, Salesforce, etc.)
- Please note, we're on a hybrid work schedule & require working three days per week in the applicable office.
The base salary range is $60-70K; Salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this role.
This role is eligible for a discretionary quarterly bonus and / or commission payments based, in part, individual & company performance relative to pre-established targets.
Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, & skills.
