Shift Availability : 3pm - 11pm with Every other Weekend Rotation 11pm - 7am with Every other Weekend Rotation Job Responsibilities : Supervise nursing staff on assigned unit, ensuring quality patient care and unit functionality Lead shift report within policy and on time Assign Patient Observation Rounds and duties, ensuring completion by shift end Review Patient Observation Round sheets for accuracy twice per shift Lead treatment team meetings, providing nursing perspective and completing treatment plans Manage unit milieu, uphold schedules, and engage patients and staff Qualifications Qualifications Current license to practice nursing in State of Delaware (or eligible to receive or renew) required Current BLS certification required Charge Nurse / Leadership experience required Behavioral Health / Psychiatric experience preferred Benefits : Tuition Assistance Loan Forgiveness Orientation (Could earn 20 CEUs)
