Responsibilities of this role include, but is not limited to :
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Communicating with customers through various channels (primarily through email)
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and issues
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues across various teams as necessary
Respond promptly to customer inquiries as well as internal requests
Perform administrative tasks and research as directed
In this position, you will also play a crucial role in supporting PRWeek, Campaign and AJEM group subscription sales. Your responsibilities will include managing all escalated customer service inquiries, ensuring that our valued customers receive prompt and effective assistance.
Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking, activating and maintaining the proper activity status across products and systems for our group clients.
Effective communication is essential in this role, as you will be the point of contact for Sales, our subscription fulfillment partner, clients, and Audience Development Team.
Tasks include monitoring new / renewal communications and invoices with the fulfillment team, Sales and clients. The core of the position will rely on your ability to ensure smooth interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.

Knowledge of G suite including Gmail and Sheets, and Microsoft Excel each a plus
