Client Service Representative
Location : Farmington Hills, MI (Onsite)
About Stillman Law Office :
Stillman Law Office is a collections law firm headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, specializing in creditor representation across the United States.
As part of our continued commitment to compliance and exceptional service, we are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicate with clients in alignment with regulatory and compliance standards .
- Perform business data processing and maintenance tasks.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide meaningful insights and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Abilities :
- Ability to meet both individual and firm-wide goals .
- Strong ability to work in a team environment while maintaining personal excellence.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing top-tier service.
Education and Experience :
- Associate's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMR or other database software for the collections industry is an advantage.
