MultiCare Health System in Washington State is currently seeking LPNs to join our community-based facilities including our eleven hospitals in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Job Summary :

The LPN is a licensed nursing team member working under the direction of a Physician, Advanced Practice Provider, Registered Nurse or designee to provide quality care that is focused on the comfort and well being of the patient and family.

The LPN is familiar with the normal stages of growth and development and signs of aging, and is responsible for providing age appropriate care.

This position requires a service-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills. For the purpose of delivering and executing daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups, some independent decision-making is expected in the execution of daily routine duties.

The LPN assists the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing process. Decisions regarding patient care or services require the review and approval of the Registered Nurse.

Internal contacts may include patient care staff, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology, and other department’s staff and management.

External contacts include physicians, patients, families, and visitors.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience as a LPN, in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred
  • Current licensure as an LPN
  • Willing to relocate to Washington State (Relocation bonus and 30 day free housing provided)
