Your Role as a Sales Associate :

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of our specialty retail shop, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales through engaging experiences.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Customer Interaction : Understand customer needs, provide personalized assistance, and handle inquiries.
• Sales Excellence : Create quotes, drive sales, and contribute to store goals.
• Technical Collaboration : Work closely with our skilled in-house technicians to sell and schedule repair services, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Store Operations : Manage inventory and maintain an appealing store environment.
• Development for the future : Participate in training and development to become an expert in the field, capable of progressing for future roles with the company.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Expected Pay : Up to $22.50 per hour - (Based on Experience and Performance)

All you need is a background in customer service and sales, plus a strong desire to learn. Our three-month paid training program blends hands-on, online, and real-time activities to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel.

What We're Looking For :

• Interest in technology and a desire to become an expert.
• Passion for helping people and advocating for customers.
• Availability for a 5-shift, 40-hour week, including weekends.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Basic math skills, technical proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
• High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.
• 2-3+ years of sales / customer service experience preferred, but passion and teamwork are key.
