Job SummaryAs an Accounting Manager for one of our multi-faceted client locations, the successful candidate should possess savvy business skills, be a highly motivated professional, with proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with various team members.

Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following : Key Responsibilities : Oversees all cash handling procedures including new POS and mobile ordering systemsReviews general ledger and balance sheetsPerforms reconciliation and analysis for several balance sheet accountsDevelops forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities (Fisher and Compass Budgets)Analyzes financial results for both internal and external useMonitors Contract Compliance Pcard Management AR ReconciliationForecasting Monitors and Manages weekly closeTracks and maintains monthly P / L and balance sheet activityResolves various accounting / reconciliation issuesMonitors My Staff - OT / supports scheduling, etcManages Office Admin and Office Prepares Financials for Monthly Client Meetings Completes financial reports : monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including but not limited to monthly and fiscal close, internal and external audit reporting;

manages report preparation and distributionMaintains inventory and cost control proceduresPerforms administration of Payroll and Human ResourcesPerforms related duties and special projects as assigned Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experienceA minimum of 5 years' experience with revenue control, financial reporting and cash handling responsibilities, at least 3 years in a similar capacityAccounting experience in foodservice or retail industry required, foodservice operations experience a plusExperience with sales analysis and reportingAdept at planning, organizing and controlling complex processes as well as analyzing moderately complex financial informationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled at managing multiple priorities and relationshipsComputer skills : proficient in Microsoft Office with a concentration in Excel.
