Private Duty LPN Geriatric Female Patient Chattanooga, TN
Adoration Health is looking for an experienced Private Duty LPN to provide compassionate, one-on-one care for a geriatric female patient in Chattanooga (37404).
If you have expertise in vent / trach care and a passion for making a meaningful impact, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver personalized, in-home patient care with a focus on comfort and well-being.
- Skillfully manage vent / trach systems and catheter care.
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to uphold the highest standards of care.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of vent / trach experience (required)
- Active Tennessee LPN license
- Prefer experience in geriatric care

Responsibilities
- Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice
- Provide patient and family education according to plan as outlined by the RN
- Monitor patient’s vital signs and make specific measurements and observations
- Monitor and record intake and output, and report significant changes immediately
- Observe, assess and record patient’s physical and mental condition and report any changes
- Administer medications as instructed and ordered by the physician and instructed by the RN
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and in-service education programs, as assigned
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Previous home health, private duty, skilled nursing or hospital experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport with patients and family members
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance
