Salesforce Developer

Location Columbus OH.

This is a 100%ONSITE position. The client may give flexibility to work REMOTE 2days a week (probably on Monday and Thursday).

Will be dial if theconsultant is willing to work onsite 5 days.

Start Date ASAP

Duration 12 months. The client willlike to have flexibility of CTH after 4 months.

End Client ACS (through Glocal Solutions)

Visa Status Citizens GC GC EAD (whocan join directly)

Pay Rate $70 / hr to $80 / hr on C2C or1099. . There is not much flexibility on the rate. This is aSalesforce Developer position and one should be able to get a goodfit candidate having 1011 years experience in the raterange.

Job Duties :

• Contribute to team efforts across a range of businesspriorities including production support and maintenance routineenhancements solution investigations and projectlevel initiativeson the Salesforce platform with integrated applications
• Partnering with business and technical colleaguescrossfunctionally :
• complete solution designand development for Salesforce Lightning greenfield implementationwith various application integrations
• supportprioritized Salesforce Classic enhancements and dataprofiling / conversions for the transition to Salesforce Lightning
• Develop robusttechnical solutions on Salesforce platform to deliver valueaddbusiness capabilities and solve complex business problems insupport of evolving business strategies
• EnsureSalesforce ecosystem alignment with Business Technology dataarchitecture / governance across multiple applications (including SAPECC Oracle Eloqua etc.

that have shared data entities

• Contribute to comprehensive Salesforce ecosystemdocumentation including system / data architecture and technicaldesign for core components
• Monitor and shareknowledge of Salesforce and other technology industry trends andannouncements with business and technical colleagues

JobQualifications :

• 610 yearsof comprehensive Salesforce solution design / development / supportexperience including integrated application implementation :
• broad experience with Salesforce Lightning andsome experience with Salesforce Classic
• experience with designing / configuring Salesforceintegrations with various applications including associated APIsand data architecture (preferably with Boomi experience)
• development experience utilizing LightningWeb Components and Flows as well as Apex and Conga
• application of best practices for development anddeployment efforts while maintaining Salesforce ecosystemdocumentation
• incidentinvestigation / resolution experience across the Salesforce ecosystemin support of production users
• Demonstrated ability to work with business analysts andsoftware developers to analyze automate and support complexendtoend business practices that span integrated businessapplications and data domains
• Experience withtranslating futurestate business requirements and use casescenarios into technical solution design options with coordinateddata integrations then facilitating reviews with keystakeholders
• Practical experience withJirabased Agility practices including sizing / scoping and dependencymanagement for prioritized initiatives
• Strongconceptual / analytical capabilities and communication skillsenhanced by problem solving attention to detail and applicableSalesforce coursework / certifications
