As a Server at Salvaje Miami, you are the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Your primary duties include :
- Greeting guests warmly and guiding them through our menu offerings with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Taking accurate orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen team.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
- Anticipating guests' needs and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborating closely with other team members to maintain a smooth and seamless service flow.
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- English level must be fluent.
