If you are interested in joining the Allyon Team, please apply or submit your resume for review today!Job Title : Cyber Defense TrainerLocation : Colorado Springs, CODuties & Responsibilities : Consult with client to develop learning objectives and training approachResearch, analyze, design, develop, and customize instructional materials to potentially support WBT (Web-Based Training) / CBT (Computer-Based Training) / ILT (Instructor-Led Training)Apply various instructional strategies, models, and theories to develop learning content to enhance learning transfer and greater on-the-job performanceCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure impactful, relevant course content and supporting training rangePresent / instruct developed coursewareMinimum Requirements : Minimum of 3 years of cyber security experience with emphasis on cybersecurity course training development and a minimum of 3 years of experience with SIEM / IDS / IPS (Elastic Stack, Splunk, HBSS, or equivalent)Strong background / familiarity with Windows and Linux command line, networking, traffic analysis and MITRE ATT&CK frameworkExperience working on a cybersecurity team, such as a Security Operations Center (SOC), Cyber Protection Team (CPT) or Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP).
