About The Position
Job Title : NP / PA in Hematology / Oncology Job Specialty : Oncology / Hematology Job Duration : Permanent Shift : Day - 5x8 - 9am - 5pm, 40 Hours Guaranteed Hours : Full-time, negotiable schedule Experience : 1+ year of clinical experience as NP / PA in Hematology / Oncology is required License : Ohio license (or willingness to obtain) Certifications : - BLS - ACLS - Board Certified NP / PA Must-Have : - Management of VAD / CV catheters, FNA / Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural / Peritoneal - Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes Job Description : - Join a dynamic multispecialty group practice with 60+ providers, including 21 primary care doctors - Work in an outpatient practice setting with responsibilities in both Hematology (25%) and Oncology (75%) - Handle a patient demographic of 50% adult and 50% geriatric - Work alongside 2 physicians, managing a patient load of 15-20 patients per day in the outpatient setting and 3-5 patients per day in the hospital - Utilize EMR system : EPIC - On-call duty 10 days per month - In-person position with no option for telemedicine - Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate Compensation and Benefits : - Competitive salary based on experience and training - Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance - Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans - Retirement plan with employer contributions - Short- and long-term disability insurance - Life insurance and wellness programs - Generous paid time off and tuition reimbursement - Various support and wellness programs available to employees Additional Information : - Credentialing timeframe is 30-60 days, contingent on requested information being returned promptly - Non-acceptance of Locum candidates - Experience in specific procedures and duties is required
