Immediate Position Available (Bilingual Mandarin Logistics Specialist)
Location : Ontario, CA
Pay Rate : $20 / hr.
Position Summary :
We are seeking a bilingual logistics specialist fluent in English and Mandarin who strongly emphasizes spoken communication.
This role focuses on managing logistics operations through email correspondence and phone calls, primarily handling administrative tasks rather than physical labor.
The Logistics Specialist will support various product lines, including outdoor furniture, apparel, toys, and general merchandise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
- Effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members in both English and Mandarin.
- Prepare, read, and respond to emails in English with professionalism and accuracy.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems as required.
Requirements :
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong spoken communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in email correspondence.
- Must possess legal work authorization and the ability to file taxes.
- Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred.
Work Hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM
