Contract Administrator I- IV, Req. 1827, 1828, 1838, 1877, 1937
The Contract Administrator I fabricates reports for assigned programs while also assisting with cost order contract drafts.
Essential Functions :
- Assist with drafting, revising and / or reviewing contracts that include cost orders. Assist in reviewing, composing / modification contractual requirements and language of contracts to meet company standards while adhering to policy.
- Participates in budgets, forecasts and reports for assigned programs.
- Reviews and discusses contract terms, conditions and modifications.
- Other duties as assigned as it relates to the contracting department
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Level I requirements : *depending on experience / education could qualify as levels II-IV*
Education :
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; Masters a plus
Experience :
- One year of experience required (Three years with FAR / DFAR / CAS knowledge desired).
- Must have Microsoft Office including above average skills in Excel.
- Must be able to obtain / maintain DoD Security Clearance if / when applicable
