Senior Digital Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience that aligns with our brand's luxury aesthetic and standards.

Job Description

• This is an on-site position only. Please no offshore firms or applicants.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Design and develop visually compelling digital assets for our website, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertisements.
• Lead the creative direction of digital projects, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and high-quality standards.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the visual design and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital design and luxury branding to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional digital design experience, preferably in the luxury goods, fashion, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative versatility.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with HTML / CSS and responsive design.
• Excellent visual, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for luxury watches and a deep understanding of the nuances of branding in the luxury market.

Salary : $80,000 to $95,000 DOE

Monthly food credits for meals, unlimited snacks, and coffee bar at no cost, available on site, and 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools.

You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.
