Multi-statedesign firm is seeking a Drinking Water Process Engineer for their team in Kansas City!

Responsibilities :

Develop business development strategy and identify market trends tocapture drinking water projects
Work with multi-disciplinary teams to successfully design water treatmentfacilities
Provide technical leadership to support team during project execution
Build / maintain client relationships
Provide guidance on conventional / advanced groundwater and surface watertreatment processes (including membrane treatment processes)
Lead team in collaborating / team building and demonstrate a commitment toexcellence and innovation
Participate in professional organizations as a representative of the company
Work directly with clients
Mentor / train junior staff within the water market

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Master’s degree in chemical, civil, or environmental engineeringpreferred
12+ years of experience in the drinking water industry (including processdesign / engineering)
PE License
Experience with the municipal water market, water treatment, water quality,and regulatory compliance
Experience mentoring junior staff
Active participation in professional organizations

Salary is commensurate withexperience.
