Job Summary
The Building Maintenance Tech is primarily responsible for assisting in facility maintenance, renovation, and repairs.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Perform preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance on facilities.
- Investigate, diagnose, and repair all production machinery.
- Troubleshoot recurring equipment problems and find solutions.
- Communicate the status and progress of the repair.
- Minor modifications to facility equipment to improve product flow.
- Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
- Maintain and secure work tools.
- All other duties as assigned

Requirements :
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with hand tools and other shop equipment
- Demonstrated basic knowledge of mechanical math and calculations
- Possess the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Ability to complete the required duties in a timely fashion
- Ability to account for the time spent on various assigned tasks

- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
